The Simonsound's debut album is due to drop any day now - I wrote about them a while back. They've released a bunch of free bleepy synth ringtones in m4r versions for iPhone (just drop them into iTunes and on your next sync they will be added to your ringtone selection) and mp3 versions for most other types of phone.
