From the interview with Wilson....
"People have treated me with contempt, and quite rightly -I'm a TV presenter, I'm a big head, 'F^#&#% you Wilson.' I get that all the time ... Suddenly, I'm dying of cancer - everyone loves you. If you've got people hating you, just get cancer, its fantastic. People are so concerned."
